In 2013, Charlene graduated from MaKami College completing the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program of 3000 hours. Some of the areas that she specializes in are deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage and Swedish massage.
She has been a member with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada since 2012. As a massage therapist, she uses her education and work experience to provide the best treatment she possibly can to her clients. She is very passionate about massage therapy and absolutely loves her job.
Charlene strives to help others live a better quality of life. There is no better satisfaction then hearing a client is able to once again do the things they love. Charlene’s goal is to have all her clients leave feeling listened to and leave with decreased body pain.
Each new client she meets gives her the opportunity to learn and expand her knowledge as a massage therapist. Charlene looks forward to working with you and providing you with the best treatment as she possibly can.
In Charlene’s spare time she likes to spend as much time outside as possible. Some of the things she enjoys to do are run, play sports with her husband, go camping, go fishing and spend time with her family and friends.
