What motivates me:
Every patient is different, and we tailor each treatment plan to best fit their needs. Our goal is to provide patients with the resources they need to get well and stay well. By utilizing our unique multi-disciplinary approach to your health, our team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists and massage therapists can help accomplish this goal. The adaptive nature of this ever changing industry is what challenges and motivates me each day. Working with the knowledgeable and awesome people that make up our team makes coming to work an enjoyable experience!

What I know about health:
Health has many things that can impact it, including stress and injury. I’ve been in two car accidents and didn’t receive the proper care after my accidents which has impacted my life now in terms of pain and mobility. With the help and education of my physiotherapists and massage therapists, I’ve been able to manage my pain and increase my range of motion. Now that I have pain management under control I’ve been able to start going back to one of the things I love most: yoga. Consistency is also very important, stay with your program and make time in your day to complete it.

What am I grateful for:
My husband Gareth for being the supportive, understanding and loving person that he is. I also appreciate being able to have the opportunity to live outside the city limits and be able to get back to the roots of life in the garden with our animals. I’m also truly grateful for the opportunity to work with this company and be part of this amazing team of individuals who have become like family to me over the years.

Tania Worthy – personal goal:
I want to live in the here and now, and be present in everything that I do. We sometimes get lost in all the “stuff” of life and lose our focus, be it work, our personal relationships, or our health. I want to be the best I can be and not look back and have any regrets.
