What motivates me:
Hearing my patients tell me that they feel better or that they are in less pain during their activities of daily living is what really motivates me to get up and go to work everyday. I love helping people to feel their best. I have worked with an array of different people from football players to people in an acute care setting and everyone needs help to feel their best.
What I know about health:
Our health is the most important aspect of our lives. Our health effects the quality of life that we live and impacts everything we do. Good health is something that each one of us have to work hard to earn. Physiotherapy is a health profession that helps individuals work towards better health and quality of life.
What am I grateful for:
I love and appreciate my family and friends for always supporting me, and pushing me to be the best that I can be. Without them I would not be where I am today. I am grateful for my loving husband who has taught me to live life to its fullest potential and for supporting me through my schooling so I could have my dream career. I am grateful for the amazing people that I work with at Body Restoration. It is great that every day I get to work with fun, like minded people who also strive to help people with their pain and other physiotherapy needs.
My personal goal:
My personal goal is to continue to learn new ways to help our patients while staying on top of the best practice standards for all conditions that we treat at Body Restoration. My optimistic goal would be to treat the New Orleans Saints as I love the NFL and I love the Saints.
