What motivates me:
I am very passionate about massage therapy and absolutely love my job. I strive to help others live a better quality of life. There is no better satisfaction then hearing a client is able to once again do the things they love.
What I know about health:
In 2013, I graduated from MaKami College completing the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program of 3000 hours. Some of the areas that I specialize in are deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage and swedish massage. I have been a member with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada since 2012.
What am I grateful for:
My family, for always being there for me, and for always putting a smile on my face. I also appreciate my two pets, Sammy the cat and Vader the dog who always provide me with unconditional love. I also feel very grateful for have been raised on a farm with lots of animals and open space. I love the outdoors and am truly a country girl through and through.
My personal goal:
I want to continue to expand my knowledge of different massage techniques to become the best therapist I can be. I would like to eventually have my own farm or acreage with lots of pets to love. I want to live a life where I enjoy all the little things.
