No Obligation Call
If you are not sure which type of rehab is right for you, book your no obligation appointment and discover whether physio, chiropractic care, or massage therapy is a good fit for you. Once we determine the best fit, will set up an appointment for you to do a full evaluation of your injury!
Assessment/Evaluation
When you book your Assessment/Evaluation, this gives us additional time to do a comprehensive review of your history and injury in order to determine what is the cause and what type of pain management and plan may be needed.
Plan of Care & Treatment
Once your assessment is complete, your therapist will create a plan of care to give you a full understanding of how we can treat your injury, how long it may take, and what other tools are needed to get back to doing what you love, pain-free! Treatment will start right away!

Wonderful people. Bryce explains everything in detail during the assessment, uses an app to remind you to do the exercises which includes a video to demonstrate how to do them, and then tracks that you are doing them. Didn't feel that there was any upselling.

I have been seeing Carly for a few years now and have followed her from clinic to clinic and will continue to do so for as long as she massages! She is so kind and really knows how to make you feel better, she also referred me to Danielle for acupuncture and it truly is so relaxing! I highly recommend seeing both Carly and Danielle for any pain you have!!!!!
